Our Mission
Since we began in 2016, our purpose has been to ensure the wonderful and inspiring Special Needs population of Orange County receives the best care possible. To do so, we created an organization in which every team member feels appreciated, supported, respected and heard.
We want to become the go-to support team for as many developmentally disabled individuals and their families as possible. We pride ourselves on being highly personable, attentive, and proactive. Just as important, we also strive to support the well-being of our extraordinary care providers.
Why We Do It
We believe that everyone deserves a life full of moments to learn, grow, and be happy. Each moment is an opportunity for us to provide the kind of excellent care that enables clients to be safe, their families have peace of mind, and everyone feel supported.

Passion and Transparency
Here’s one of the questions we ask before we hire someone: "If you won the lottery today, would you get up and go work with your scheduled client tomorrow?" If there is any hesitation on their part to answer, “Yes,” then we will have a hesitation to bring them onto our team.
Since we work directly with individuals and their families, we can’t imagine having a team in which every single client and family didn’t feel the same 100% commitment to providing the best service possible to their loved ones.
OptiMentality is an organization that thrives on passion. It runs so strongly throughout the company that our clients and families can sense it. When OptiMentality is on the way, our clients know they will have a care provider who truly wants to be there and wants to contribute to their growth and happiness.
We believe passion is not something that can be taught. That’s why we have always been extremely particular about who we bring on to the team, and we will continue to do so going forward.
